Some Great Bands
Here I have listed a few of some up comming bands, or just some newer bands I like. The music may be a little harsh for some people :) I tend to like the heavier stuff. Just Click on the Pics below to link to their homepage.

Spineshank
Since their inception back in 1996, Spineshank has been hitting the Los Angeles scene HARD. They attracted the attention of Roadrunner Records, and released their debut album, Strictly Diesel, a year and a half later. The band immediately hit the road, playing to enthusiastic audiences night after night with bands like System of a Down, Fear Factory and Static-X. Strictly Diesel paid homage to the more accessible hard rock and was, in essence, a dam barely restraining the heaviness that has been unleashed on The Height of Callousness.

Spineshank : Height Of Callousness
Height Of Callousness is Spineshank's newsest album. I can honestly say is one of the best CD's I own. There is no problem listening to the CD straight through. The music is very hard and fast. There first album, Strictly Diesel, is good too. It's really raw, but the second album is the pick to go with. Click on the pic on the right to listen to samples at cdnow.com. Listen to #1 or #4 to get an idea of what they sound like.
PH8
Ph8 (Fate) was created in September of 1998. The band consists of a vocalist, bass, and drums, but incorporate three guitarists into the act. "Most bands," says lead guitarist Nando, "Dub guitars over and over in the studio. We don't have to, what you hear in an album is what you get live." The band believes three guitarists play part in the broad sound created by Ph8.

Ph8 : Breaking The Tension
PH8 is another great band. They are really talented. PH8 uses a total of 6 to create their music! They have lead vocals, drums, bass guitar, and 3 guitarist. Check out their site and surf around. You can check out a few of their songs for free. Check out "I go off" and "Back the F*@K off"

Crossbreed
But as the American music scene spirals into the 21st Century, it's not the slamming amalgamation of techno pulses, grinding guitars and thunderous bottom ends that differentiate Crossbreed from their industrial-metal brethren. No, to that end, it doesn't take a musical scholar to link their heritage to Ministry, Nine Inch Nails, and the more metal-minded White Zombie. Rather, Crossbreed rise above their contemporaries with songwriting that soars to melodic heights, drops to demonic lows, and fills the spaces in between with vocals that dissect the music, shifting gears from trance-inducing to hell-raising.

Crossbreed: Synthetic Division
Yeah I know these guys look to be on the strange side, but have come up with some really good music. Just like thier name suggests, Crossbreed, they are a mixture of heavy metal and some what of a techo/indurstrial sound. You can tell they where influenced my Ministry. Click on the right to listen to thier music. Check out "Underline" and "Breathe".
Mudvayne
There's reason to be afraid. There's very good reason indeed, if you're someone who likes their music unchallenging, simple, and easy to define and digest. But if you want something dark, mysterious, savage, and unsettling, something that will force you to confront the unknown and possibly alter the way you look at the world, then prepare yourself for Mudvayne.

Mudvayne : L.D. 50
Mudvayne is a harcore band that has followed in the foot steps of some heavy bands, by going with "Masked" performences. They use face paint however, and really looks impressive on stage. Click on the pick of the album on the right and listen to them. Check out "Dig" and "Death Blooms"
